PRODUCTS

The MultiVisk™ Line of Products

MultiVisk™ contains Sodium Hyaluronan (Hyaluronic Acid) with Lidocaine HCL (an anesthetic). Available in single-dose 6 mL, 3×2 mL and 2 mL syringes.

MultiVisk-Dex™ contains Sodium Hyaluronan (Hyaluronic Acid), Lidocaine HCL and Dexamethasone (a steroid). Available in single-dose 6 mL, 3×2 mL and 2 mL syringes.
MultiVisk-Plus™ contains Sodium Hyaluronan (Hyaluronic Acid), Lidocaine HCL and Ketorolac (an anti-inflammatory). Available in single-dose 6 mL, 3×2 mL and 2 mL syringes.
MultiVisk Equine

The MultiVisk™ Equine Line of Products are SINGLE USE Viscosupplementation injections compounded in a sterile lab by M-Line Pharmacy.

Hyaluronic Acid

What is Hyaluronan?

A natural lubricant called synovial fluid reside in each joint. Hyaluronic acid functions as a lubricant to cushion the joints during movement and it exists naturally in the synovial fluid.

Information

Viscosupplementation injections may cause possible pain, swelling and/or heat sensation around the site of injection. If the symptoms last for more than a week, the doctor is to be contacted.

CONTRAINDICATIONS are known to occur due to hypersensitivity to Hyaluronan (Hyaluronic Acid), Lidocaine HCL, Dexamethasone, and Ketorolac, or for those who have any joint or skin infection around the site of injection.

Discard unused MultiVisk™ and related products and after use. Do not re-sterilize.

STORAGE of MultiVisk™ is to be kept at room temperature between 15—30°C

The MultiVisk™ Line of Products are compounded sterile mixtures and are not duplicated, commercially manufactured products. They differ in composition as requested by physicians and each ingredient is approved by Health Canada. The MultiVisk™Line of products are made in a sterile, OCP accredited lab at M-Line Pharmacy.
